~ protect the security of this Mortgage. exceed the sum of Two Thousand Five Hundred and No/100 Dollars (52500.00).
$ 3. To keep all buildings now or hereafter on that land insured in a sum not less than the full insurable value by an
~ insurer satisfactory to the Mortgagee. the insurance policy or policies to be payable to the Mortgagee. If the Mortgagor(s)
shall isil to insure the said property~ the Mortgagee may do so without waiving the option to foreclose, and the costs
~ thereof with interest thereon of ten percent (10%) per annum from the date of payment shall also be secured by this
