SUMMARY FINAL JUDGMENT
THIS GAUSE was heard on motion of FOREMOST
INSURANCE COMPANY for Summary Judgment. The Court finds:
1. That the insurance policy which is the ~

subject matter of the Plaintiff's suit against the
Defendant, FOREMOST INSURANCE COMPANY, was properly and
! legally cancelled on the Sth day of October 1973 at
t

~ 12:01 A.M, for nonpayment of premium and therefore afforded
~
~ the Plaintiff no coverage for a motor vehicle collision
~ which occured on October 11, 1973.

z And the pleadings, together with the Affidavit

t on file show that there is no genuine issue as to any material :

~ fact and that the Defendant, FOREMOST INSURANCE COMPANY is ;

- entitled to a Judgment as a matter of law.

~ WHEREFORE, it is Ordered:.

; 1. The motion of FOREMOST INSURANCE COMPANY for =

~ Final Summary Judgment is granted.
; 2. Summary Judgment is entered and the cause

€ against the Defendant, FOREMOST INSURANCE COMPANY is dismissed.
