This cause having come on this day for hearing on plaintiff's
motion for summary final judgment of foreclosure on plaintiff's com-
plaint and the evidence offered in support of such complaint and
each of the five counts thereto, and the Court having noted the `
answers filed herein by the defendants Chesser Tractor Service,
Inc.,, Bill Stewart, d/b/a Stewart Construction Co., Stanley H.
~Kruger, d/b/a Kruger Tile, and Clifford Goad, d/b/a Hi-Lo Painting ~
Co., and having further noted the disclaimer filed herein by the ~
~
defendant East Coast Lumber & Supply Co., a Florida corporation,
and the Court being fully advised in the premises, it is, upon
consideration,
i ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:

~ 1. That due and legal service of process has been had

~ upon each and every defendant herein, with the exception of Harry ;
~ M. Ferguson and Roger L. Peterson, whose whereabouts after ;

~ diligent search and inquiry are unknown; that the default pre- ~
; viously entered in this cause against the defendant Arawak ~

~ Construction & Development Corporation, a Florida corporation, i

s is hereby ratified and confirmed; that this Court has jurisdic-
~ tion of the subject matter of each count of this cause and the
~
parties hereto; that the allegations con~ained in each and every ~

; cpunt of the complaint have been proved by competent evidence
