of the defendants and all persons, firms or corporations claim-

ing by, through or under the defendants or any of them and the
above described property which is the subject matter of Count
One of the complaint filed herein will be sold free and clear ~
of any claims of the defendants.
6. That there is due and owing the plaintiff upon the
mortgage and promi~sory note secured thereby which are the
subject matter of Count Two of this cause the following sums:
Principal due on promissory note $26,525.09
Total interest on principal to date less
credit for prepaid interest 1,975.24
Advances for protection of mortgage security 70.61
Pro rata costs of suit 31.56
Attorney's fees t 3~7•7y

The above itemized sums are now due and owing to the plaintiff and
in addition such further pro rata sums as may be paid by the
plaintiff for Court costs, plus interest at six per cent (6$) per
annum from the date of this final judgment of for~closure until
paid, and any further pro rata portion of sums in connection with
this suit. •
