The above itemized sums are now due and owing to the plaintiff and
in addition such further pro rata sums as may be paid by the
plaintiff for Court costs, plus interest at six per cent (6$) per
annum from the date of this final judgment of foreclosure until
paid, and any further pro rata portion of sums in connection with
this suit.
13. The plaintiff has a lien to secure the payment of the
_ sums itemized in the immediately preceding paragraph against the
following described real property in St. Lucie County, Florida:

according to the plat thereof as recorded in
Plat Book 11, page 26, 26A and 26B of the Public

The lien of the plaintiff is prior, paramount and superior to
all rights, claims, liens, interests, encumbrances and equities
of the defendants and all persons, firms or corporations claim-
ing by, through or under the defendants or any of them and the
above described property which is the subject matter of Count
Five of the complaint filed herein will be sold fr..ee and clear
of any claims of the defendants.
