HomeMy WebLinkAbout2872 in each instance free, clear and discharged of any and all claims, liens, encumbrances, rights, equities and interests of the def~nd- ants, and all persons, firms or corporations claiming by, through - or under the defendants, said sa7es to be held at 11:00 A.M. on the day of 1975, as provided by §45.031 of the Florida Statutes. 15. In each separate sale, the plaintiff may bid at such : j sale the amount determined to be due it constituting a lien ~ ~ ~ against the real property being sold, and if the plaintiff is ~ . tfie successful bidder, it shall be entitled to credit on its bid ~ ~ up to the full amount due it under this final judgment of fore- ~ ~ ; closure on the parcel of real property being sold. ~ 16. After confirmation of each separate sale, whether ~ f 3 confirmation be by the Clerk filing the certificate of title or ~ 4 by order of this Court ruling upon objections to such sale or ' ~ . _ ~ sales, the Clerk shall make distribution of proceeds of each ~ separate sale by paying: ' ; 3 a. All pro rata portions of the costs and expenses # ~ of the proceeding subsequent to the entry of this final judgment, ~ ' including the pro rata portion of the cost of publishing the notice of sale and the Clerk's fee for making the sale, and the ~ ~ costs of state documentary stamps and surtax stamps to be affixed ~ ~ ' in each instance to the certificates of title. ~ E ~ b. The sum herein found to be due and owing to the ~ 4 ~ plaintiff as specified in Paragraphs 4, 6, 8, 10 and 12 above, or ~ E ; E in any of them, plus interest on such sums at the rate of six ~ ~ per cent (6$) per annum from the date of this judgment to the t ~ ~ ~ date of sale, plus all'pro rata portions of the cost of this pro- ~ ceeding incurred by the plaintiff subsequent to the date of this ~ ~ judgment. . i _ , 17.
