the total amounts realized shall not be sufficient to pay all of ;

such sums, or any of them, the Clerk shall first pay those amounts =

graph and shall pay the balance to the plaintiff.

18. Upon the confirmation of the aforesaid sales, or any

of them, whether by the Clerk filing a certificate of title ~ z
herein, or by order of the Court ruling upon objections to any ~

of said sales, the defendants and any and all persons claiming ~

by, through or under the defendants, or any of them, since the }

commencement of this suit, are forever barred and foreclosed of ~

and from any equity of redemption and any right, title, interest, ~
claim or demand of any kind or nature whatsoever, in and to the

premises separately described herein, and the purchaser at the ;
aforesaid sale or sales, his successors, representatives or ~
assigns, shall be let into possession of the premises so conveyed.

19. The Court retains jurisdiciton of this cause for the ~

enforcement of this judgment. }
