for trial and any or all other purposes.
It further appearing upon this Court's oral announcement
granting Defendants' :~Iotion to Consolidate that attorney for
the Plaintiff then orally moved for a continuance of the
trial scheduled on ~iay 5, 1975, in the case of William
Foote, Ad.•ninistrator of the Estate of Nancy Ruth Foote,
Deceased, and the Court having given consideration to said
oral motion, and further recognizing that counsel for the
~efendants had no objection to same, it is,
FURTI~IER ORDER~D A:~TD ADJUD~ED that Plaintiff's oral
motion for continuance is hereby granted, and the case

of ~~~illiam Foote, Administrator of the Estate of Nancy Ruth
Foote, Deceased, is hereby removed from this Court's trial
s
docket scheduled to begin on May 5, 197 5, and that both
the companion cases of William Foote, Administrator of the
Estate of tdancy Ruth Foote, Deceased, and -William :~I. Foote,
individually in their consolidated form as against Defendants,
Allstate Insurance Company, a corporation, and Elizabeth Hieatt
Ricketts, L•'xecutrix of the Estate of williau-:~ Hieatt, Deceased, t
are hereby set for trial on this Court's docket scheduled to
begin on November 3, 1975, number one (1) on that docket.
