THIS CAUSE came on fcr trial the llth day of April, A. D., 1975, ~
and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds ~

and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject ~
matter of this suit; that the relation of Husband and Wife now exists ~
between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irre- ~
~

trievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon ~
~

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: ~
1. The marriage between RAY LESLIE ROBERTS and RUBY LEE •
ROBERTS be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of ~

them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore exist- ;

ing between ~chem and from the obligations arising therefrom. '

l 2. Commencing the 25th day of April, A. D., Friday, 1975, ~
s RAY LESLIE ROBERTS shall pay to RUBY LEE ~OBERT~-t~"e sum of $35.00 each and ~

o every week for the permanent care and support of the above named Wife.
~ Each payment shall be made to t:~e Clerk of this Court and ~

~ ~y him remitted promptly to RUBY LEE ROBERTS. In addition there is hereby

€ assessed the sum of $1.00 as statutory costs to be added to each payment
made to the Clerk. All payments shall be made in cash, money order or
f cashier's check: Both of the parties are ordered to keep the clerk of this
Court advised of their mailing and res idence addresses at all times while
~ this order is in effect.
