That the Court finds and determines the parties, RAY LESLIE _
ROBERTS and RUBY LEE ROBERTS are the owners in fee to the following
described real property, to-wit:

. Lots 8 and 9, Block 1, FRANKLIN PARK, according
to the Plat thereo~ on file in Plat Book 6, Page
32, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida.
SUBJECT to a mortgage held by JAMES HALL in the
approximate balance of $4,200.00.
The Court finds and determines that the parties are respect-
ively owners in fee of an undivided 1/2 interes t in and to the above-
described real property, together with furniture, fixtures and appliances
located upon said property.
That the Husband, RAY LESLIE ROBERTS has previously been
ordered to make all payments due under the mortgage and is Ordered tv make
all mortgage payments pending further Order of this Court ar.d/or pending
sale hereafter described.
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:
That the prayer for partition under Husband's pleading
be and it is hereby granted without objection and that ROGER POITRAS,
CLERK of this Court shall sell at public auction to a bidder for cash,

subject to existing mortgage herein described which shall be sold for
