That the owners herein specified shall have a right to bid
at said sale and either of them who is the successful bidder for all or
part of said property shall receive a credit for his or her proportionate
share of the net proceeds o.`_ said sale.
That no conveyance shall be made under this Final Judgment
until the Clerk of this Court shall have reported a sale of said property
to the Court, and the monies arising therefrom shall have been paid unto
the Court, and the Court shall have approved the sale and ordered such
convey ance .
That Wife's counsel, GERALD S. JAMES, is awarded attorney
fees for the Wife in the sum of $400.00; together with Court costs in-
curred by Wife in the sum of $55.00 and the said total in the amount of
$455.00 shall be a lien against the proceeds of any sale and shall be paid
in cash upon distribution of proceeds hereafter referenced.
That no disbursements are to be made until approval by this
Court covering said sale, and this Court reserves jurisdiction for the
purpose of making and enforcing any orders for disbursements, or other
~ adjustments as may be ordered by this Court.
That the net proceeds from the sale herein referenced shall
be divided equally, to-wit:
~ Ray Leslie Roberts.......undivided fifty (50$) percent
; Ruby Lee Roberts.........undivided fifty (50$) percent
