I, David M. MacMillan,M.D.,~have treated Frank Runyon since 4-14-75.
Initially he was deemed by me to ~Se mentally incompetent and unable
to accomplish his own affairs, but he has now sufficiently recovered
that I consider that he is competent and well able to manage both fin- ~
ancial and basic personal affairs. I would like to state that the
power of attorney granted to Pamela R. Curry, with respect to the <<~ ~
affairs of Frank Runyon, should now be considered null and void. I :
would like to state that Mr. Runyon, from the Medical Standpoint,
should be considered competent and able to manage his own affairs.
