Borrower and Lender hereby expressly adopt and inaorporate by reference into this Mortgage and hereby
agee to be bound by the covenants and agreements contaiAed in Uniform Covenants numbered 1 through 1T
and Non-Uniform Covenants numbered 18, 19, 20 aad 22 of the master form of mortgage recorded in the
o~ce of the clerk of the circuit court of the county in which the Property is located and in which this Mortgage
is offered for record on the date, in the volume and at the page as foAows:

Such provisions as are incorporated by reference hereinto shall be Uniform Covenanis 1 through 1? and
Non-Uniform Covenants 18, 1~J, 20 and 2? of this :~lortgage. Borrower and Lender agree that all references
to the Property, Borrower, Lender and Note contained in the ~bove described master form of mortgage and
inrnrporated by reference hereinto shall be construed to mean the Property, Borrower, Lender and Note defined
herein. Borrower aclrnowledges receipt of a copy of the complete text of the provisions hereby incorporated
by reference into this Mortgage.

21. Future Advances. Upon request by Borro~ver, Lender, at Lender's option within twenty years from the
8ate of this tiiortgage, may make Future Advances to Borro~ver. Such Future Advances, with interest thereon,
shall be secured by this ~iortgage when evidenced by promissory notes stating that said notes are secured hereby.
At no time shall the principal amount of the indebtcdness secured by this \4ortgage, not including sums advanced
in accordance here~vith to protect the security of this ~tortgage, exceed the original amount of the Note plus
