The within and foregoing cause having come on to be °

heard before the undersigned judge on the 28th day of April,
1975, at the hour of 11:00 o'clock A.M. upon the motion of the
Defendants to dismiss the amended complaint heretofore filed
herein, and all parties being represented by counsel, and the
Court having heard the argument thereon, and being fully
advised in the premises, it is hereby
CONSIDERED, ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that said motion to

dismiss the amended complain~ be, and the same is hereby,
granted. The Plaintiffs are given fifteen (15) days from the
date of this order within which to file a second amended complaint.

; if they be so advised, and if such second amended complaint is

~ filed, then the Defendants shall have fifteen (15) days after

~ service of copy of same upon them within which to further plead,

~ as they may be advised.
~ In the event that the Plaintiffs do not file a second ;

~ amended complaint within the time herein prescribed, then
~ said cause shall be, and is hereby, dismissed, with prejudice

~ to the Plaintiffs' rights to reiristitute the same and at
~
~ Plaintiffs' costs.
