STIPDLATION FOR MODIFICATION OF FINAL JUDGMENT
Come now Virgil Osteen and Vicki S. Osteen, now Vicki
S. Brumley, and do stipulate that the Final Judgment of Dissoluti
of Marriage entered in the~above styled cause on October 4, 1971
and the Order entered in this cause on November 2, 1972 shall be ~

modified in the following manner: ~
1. That the care, custody and control of the minor ~
~
child of the parties, to wit: DILYNN OSTEEN, shall be awarded ~
~ ~
to VIRGIL OSTEEN and VICKI S. OSTEEN, now Vicki S. Brumley, shall
I be awarded the right of reasonable visitation to said child. _

2. That Virgil Osteen shall pay to Vicki S. Osteen, now I ;
