SATISFACTION OF FINAL JUDGMENT
~
On March 26, 1975, RUTH ELAINE PHILLIPS, as Plaintiff,
recovered a judgment against RYERSON & HAYNES REALTY, INC., a
Delaware corporation, doing business as HIGH POINT OF FORT PIERCE,
in Civil Action No. 75-26-CA in the sum of Five Thousand Three
Hundred Ninety-one and no/100 ($5,391.00) Dollars, which judgment
was recorded in Official Records Book 2"37 , Page 2819, St. Lucie
County, Florida, Public Records, and a certified copy of said
judgment being recorded in OR Book 238, Page 364 , St. Lucie
County, Florida, Public Records.
The judgment has been fully and finally paid. At the
time of payment, Plaintiff was the owner of the judgment and was
entitled to rec~~iyc pay~snt thereof,
Therefore, in consideration of the premises and of the
full payment of the judgment, interest, costs, and attorney's fees,
the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, Plaintiff, as the
i legal owner and holder of the judgment,- hereby releases and dis-
charges to Ryerson & Haynes Realty, Inc., a Delaware corporation,

; doing business as High Point of Fort Pierce, all the right, title

R and interest in and to the judgment which Plaintiff has, or may

~ have, therein and hereby declares the judgment fully paid and
s satisfied, and the judgment lien fully released and discharged.
