This cause coming on this 28th day of April 1975 for ~
hearing on the motion of Nicholas U. Wagner and Helen_ W. Wagner, ~
his wife, for leave to intervene pursuant to the provisions of
RCP 1.230, and the Court having heard arguments of counsel and
being fully advised in the premises, it is hereby
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: ~
1. That Nicholas U. Wagner and Helen W. Wagner, his wife, ~

be and they are hereby allowed to intervene in this cause by ~
virtue of their alleged interest in the subject matter of this ~

suit. ~
2. That counsel for intervenors shall effect service of
the pleading in intervention by mailing the same to counsel of
record, and said counsel shall be given twenty (20) days from the
certificate of mailing within which to answer the pleading in ~
~ intervention. ' ~

~ 3. That the answer to the crossclaim and counterclaim

~ of intervenors by Charles A. Sullivan, Esquire, counsel for the ~
~ defendants Joseph A. Wagner and She~rie Wagner, his wife, pre-

~ maturely filed and ser•:~u on counsel of record on April 1, 1975,
~ shall stand as thei~ answer to the pleading in intervention which

~ is in all respects the same as that served as an attachment to 3
