This day came again the said Plaintiff, SHIRLEY BARBIR, in p rson and

RUSSELL AND WHITE, Chartered, and it appearing to the Court that the said Defendant,

ASO BA RBIR has had due notice of the pendency of this suit by having been personally '
serc•ed with summons and by his having failed to file an appearance or answer, and his ~
clefault having been duly taken and the Plaintiff's Complaint herein taken as confessed by

the said Defendant. '
And the Court having heard the testimony of witnesses taken in open
C'ourt in support of the said Plaintiff's Complaint for Divorce and the Plaiutiff having

testified in person and two witnesses being•called on the Plaintiff's behalf (a report of ~

; That the Plaintiff is and since prior to the filing of the Complaint for Divorce, an actual ;
~ resid~nt of Cook C'ounty, Illinois and has been such resident for over one year; That the

~ parties hereto ~vere lativfully joined in marriage at C'hicago, Illinois on February 17th,

~ i~~6Y,; That no children were born unto the parties her~to as a result of the marriage

afar~~said; That no children were adopted; That the Defendant, VASO BARBIR, sabsequent'

~ to the intermarriage of the parties, has been guilty of extreme and repeated mental 4
