attorney for SXGEL KITCHENS, INC., the Lienor and holder of that
certain Claim of Lien filed by EXCEL KITCI~NS, INC., the Lienor
against JLRRY LANGEL, bearing date the 3rd day of December, 1974
~and recorded in Official Record Book 234 at Page 659 of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, clai.ming a lien in the sum
of One Thousand Five Iiundred Sixty-Nine ($1,569.15) Dollars and
15/100 upon the following described real property lying and being
in St. Lucie County, Florida, to wit:
The South 1/3 of the North 15 acres of the West 1/2
of the West 1/2 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 7,
Township 35 South, Range 39 East

has received full payment of said Claim of Lien and does hereby
acknowledge satisfaction of said Claim of Lien, and hereby directs
the Clerk of the Circuit Court to cancel the same of record.
