SATISFACTION OF LIEN
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
That PETE LATTNER and OICK LATTt~ER, doing business as
L& M Sheet Metal, the owr~ers and holders of a certain Claim of
Lian executed by RICHARD D~ I.ATTNER against GERALD D. LANGEI,
and SHARON LANGEL, his wife, bearing date tt~e 19th day of'
December, 1974, and recorded in R. Book 234 at page 2350 of
the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, securing that
certain lien in the sum of $1,500.00 upon the property situate
in said State and County described as follows, to-wit: ~
The South one-third of the North fifteen acres
of the West 1/2 of the West 1/2 of the NE 1/4 of ~
Section 7, Township 35 South, Range 39 East,
St. Lucie County, Florida, Less rights of way
for drainage canals and subject to easements

and hereby acknowledges full payment and satisfaction of said
lien and surrenders the same as canceled, and hereby directs the
Clerk of the said Circuit Court to cancel the same of record.
