That the Plaintiff acquired titl~ to said tract of land under and ~ r S by virtue of a tax deed from the County of St. Lucie, State of Florida, said : tax deed being dated October 2, 1972, duly and regularly executed and recorded in the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, on October 3, 1972 in Official Record Book 206, at page 2800, that the County of St. Lucie, State of Florida, acquired title to said lands under and by virtue of a tax f sale for the non-paymei:t of taxes, made on May 25, 1972 by the Tax Collector ~ ; of St. Lucie County, in which county said lands were then situated, upor_ tax assessment duly and regularly made upon said lands as the property of ~ F EARL GOTTFRIED, and a sale and default of payrnent of said tax by the said ~ i ~ Tax Collecfior of said county. That all proceedings by which the County af ! St.-Lucie conveyed the said lands to the Plaintiff, were strictly and ~ a ~ ~ ~ conformty with the laws; that said taxes were duly and regularly assessed, t ~ ~ and the sale for non-payment thereof was duly and regularly had, and that s . ~ ~ the deed from the County of St. Lucie to the Plaintiff was duly and regularly ~ issued and conveyed fee si.mple title in said lands to the Plaintiff. ~ ~ 8.
