forever quieted, cleared and confirmed, and forever fully and completely
established as against all of the defendants to this action, and against all
persons whonuoever shall claim by, through or under them, and all persons
having or claiming to have any right, title or interest in the land involved
in this acfiion since the filing of th~ Lis Pendens. .
. 9. That the Defendanfi, and all persons claiming by, through or under
him and all parties having or claiming to have any right, title or interest
in the above-descri.bed lands, since the filing of the Lis Pendens, are
forever prohi.bited, enjoined and restrained _of and from executing any right,
title, interest, claim or demand of any nature or kind whatsoever, i.n, to or
against those lands of the Plaintiff or any part of them.
10. That the Guardian ad Litem and Attorney appointed by this Court to
represent the interests of the absent or unknown defendants, and the defendants
who may be in the military service or who may be non compos mentis, be and
the same is hereby awarded a reasonable fee for his services in this cause,
and that a reasonable fee for such services in this cause is in the amount
of Fifty ($50.00) Dollars.
