Together with the note or obligation described in said
Articles of Agreement and the monies due and to become due
thereon, with interest from the first day of June 1, 1975.
Party of the second part shall pay the 1975 real estate taxes.
YATES shall pay the May 1, 1975, payment and WEEKS shall pay
~ all subsequent payments beginning June 1, 1975.
