This cause came on to be heard on Motion for Order of
Contempt and the sentencing of the Husband for contempt, pur-
suant to an Order dated March 26, 1975 and the Court having
' heard testimony~on behalf of the respective parties and argument
,
of counsel and being fully advised in the premises, it is there-
upon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
; 1. That the Husband, Roy E. Luckhardt, has failed to ;
i
! comply with the terms and conditions of the Order entered in this ;
~ ~ cause ~r March 26, 1975 in his payments to the Wife for temporary
; alimony pending the perfection of the appeal.

` 2. The Court determines the Husband, Roy E. Luckhardt,

t to be in wilful contempt of this Court for his failure to comply ~

= with the terms of said Order as above set out in paragraph 1
f
~ hereof .

~ 3. The Husband, Roy E. Luckhardt, may purge himself

~ of this contempt by paying to the Wife, Mary Kitzi, the sum of
~
; $325 within five days from the date of the entry of this Order.

~ 4. The Husband, Roy E. Luckhardt, may purge himself
of his contempt as set out in the Order of March 26, 1975 by

? paying to the law firm of Willes, Bittan & Willes the sum of ;
;
3 $2,037.80 and further, to pay to Mary Kitzi the further sum of
