property, and the further sum of $125 for rents collected by the
Husband, Roy E. Luckhardt, on the Brevard County property from
November 22, 197A through January 19, 1975, being the total sums ~
collected by the Husband as rent of said property. All payments
shall be made to the law firm of Willes, Bittan & Willes and Mary
Kitzi within five days from the date of this Order. ~

5. In the event the Husband fails to make such payments ;

then he shall surrender hi~rself to the Sheriff of St. Lucie County, f
i
Florida to serve twenty full days in the St. Lucie County jail. In
the event the said Husband, Roy E. Luckhardt, fails to surrender
himself to the Sheriff of St. Lucie County, Florida then in that
event the said C. L. Norvell, Sheriff of St. Lucie County, Florida,
shall forthwith pick up the said Roy E. Luckhardt and incarcerate
him in the St. Lucie County jail, Ft. Pierce, Florida for a period
of twenty full days. All and singular the sheriffs of the state
of Florida are hereby ordered and directed to take the said Roy

E. Luckhardt into custody and deliver him over to the Sheriff of
~ St. Lucie County, Florida to serve twenty full days in the St.
' Lucie County jail in Ft. Pierce, Florida. The Husband, Roy E.

; Luckhardt, may purge himself of contempt by paying said sums

~ hereinabove set out to Mary Kitzi and the law firm of Willes,

; Bittan & Willes after being incarcerated in the County jail in and

; for St. Lucie County, at Ft. Pierce, Florida.

~ 6. Temporary alimony to be paid to the Wife,~Mary Kitzi,

3 by the Husband, Roy E. Luckhardt, pending the prosecution of his

~ appeal, is hereby terminated and the said Roy E. Luckhardt is not

- required to pay any further temporary alimony to.Mary Kitzi after

= paying the full sum of $325. The Husband, Roy E. Luckhardt, has

3 consented in open court to dismiss said appeal upon the condition ~
