O R D E R ~

This cause havinq come to be heard upon the Motion of ZONA
ELIZABETH BOND to reconsider or redefine the award of reasonable
visitation rights to her former Husband, ROBERT EARL BOND, the father
of BETHANY IRENE BOND, and the Court having heard testimony, arguments
of counsel, and being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is !
thereupon:
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED, as follows:
1. That the father, ROBERT EARL BOND, shall continue to have

reasonable rights of visitation to and with the said minor child, as ~

further defined by the following conditions: ;

. ;
(a) The said father shall have the right to visit to and
with the said child during every other weekend, which shall commence
on Friday evenings at 7:00 p.m. and shall terminate on Sunday evenings
at 6:00;
; (b) The afore-mentioned right to visit on alternate weekends

; shall be subject to the father notifying the mother a week in advance
i
~ of his desire to so visit with the said child, and in the event that
! the father discovers that he has to work during one of the weekends

~ which he is scheduled to visit with the said child, then he should not
~
~ pick the child up and should so inform the mother;

~ (c) The father shall have the right to visit with the said

q child during two weeks in the summer;
a
~ (d) The Husband's right of visitation shall commence on
Friday, May 2, 1975;
~
~ (e) Each party will be able to visit with the said child on
~
= holidays; f

s (f) The father's entire right of visitation with the said
~ minor child, shall be subject to the child being kept in a good environ-
~ ment during the visits and not being exposed to such things as the use
~ - ~
