O R D E R
This cause came on to be heard on April 18, 1975 on the
Wife's Motion to hold the Husband in contempt for failure to
make the child support payments and the Court having heard

testimony of the respective parties and being fully advised in
the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That the Husband, Kelly Hall, is in arrears in
his pa~~ments to the Wife for child support in the sum of $150.
2. The Court finds and determines that the Husband,
Kelly Hall, is ~ in contempt of this Court but may purge himself
by paying to the Wife within five days from April 18, 1975 the
sum of $150.

{ 3. The Wife, Betty P. Hall, shall turn over to the

~ Husband, Kelly Hall, the following personal property, being the

~ property of the son, James Kelly Hall, to-wit:

; One - twelve gauge shotgun
# One - pump B-B gun `
£ Registration papers on dog
- pocket knife (case XX)
3 big red tool box with tools therein ;
; Tennis equipment
~ Painting equipment `
Alarm clock ~
_ The use, possession and ownership of the set of encyclopedia will

- be determined at a later date and no ruling is being made by this
