administer oaths and take acknawledgments, personally appeared
ELINORE L. SALETTO who, being first duly
sworn, deposes and says as follows:
l. That Affiant is the surviving spouse of
ARMANDO SALETTO• deceased, who died on the 2nd

day of June ~ 1~3 A.D.
2. That Affiant and said decedent were lawfully married
and were husband and wife prior to the Sth day of Januarv ,
19 60, and said marriage relationship was continuous and uninter-
rupted until~the time of death of the.aforesaid decedent.
~3. That Affiant and said decedent, at~the time of the
decedent's death, were the owners in fee simple, as tenants by the
entireties, of the property described as follows;
Lots 15, 16 and 17, B1oCk 6, INDIAN RIVER ESTATES
SUBDIVISION, Section One, a subdivision according
to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 10,
Page 43 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, ~
