Court being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is, thereupon

Considered, Ordered, Adjudged and Decreed by the Court that said
petition be, and the same is, hereby granted, and that the name of
JOHN MARK STEVENS be, arcd the same is, hereby changed to JOHN MARK
CHAFFEE, by which name the said petitioner shall ever hereafter be
known.
