3. If you fail to appear at the above referenced hearing,
you shall be deemEd to have waived your right to a hearing and
that in such case, the Court may order the Clerk of the Court
to issue a Writ of Replevin. .
4. This Order and the Complaint In Replevin shall be served
on the defendant on or before the ~ day of , 1975.
5. The Order shall be served by personal service as provided
by law in the rules of civil procedure for the State of Florida.

to serve said defe~dant, as provided by law within the times specified
in this Order, then in that event the officer shall place the Order,

the main entrance of defendant's residence and that the officer's

6. Nonpersonal service as provided as above set forth shall
be effective to afford notice to the defendant of the Show Cause
Order, but for no other purpose. _
