public records of St. Lucie County, Florida; and is the same per-
son identified as "WILLIAM S. SALMINEN" in that certain Satisfac-
tion of Mortgage, dated September 7, 1974, from ERNEST B. GOETSCH
and JA~VET h. GOETSCH, his wife, to ZaILLIAM S. SALMINEN and TERYL
L. SALt?lINEN, his wife, satisfying the aforementioned Mortgage, and
said Satisfaction of Mortgage recorded in O.R. Book 233, page 238,
of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida; and further
