KNOW ALL MBN BY 1HBS8 PRBSENTS THAT Martin B. Baumker, 4012 Orange Avenue, ~
Ft. Pierce, Florida, Countyof St. Lucie and State of Florida, in
consideration of the swn of Oae Dollar ($1.00) and other valuable 3
considerations, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, do hereby grant ;
to the Florida Power ~ Light Company~ a corporation organized and existing
under the laws of the State of Florida, whose address is P.O. Box 3100, `
(4200 West Flagler St.) Miami, Florida, and ite successors and assigns, ~
an easement forever for a right-of-way 3 feet in width to be uaed for the $
construction, operation and maintenance of one or more electric trans- .
mission lines, including wires, in, over, upon and across the follow~ng
d~scribed lands of the Grantors, situated in the County of SC. Lucie and
State of Florida and more particularly described as followe:

Zfiat part of the Southwest l/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section ~
` 8, Township 35 South, Range 40 Bast, described as follows, - `
` to wit: Beginning at a point 25 feet East of the 1/4-section post at the x
Southwest corner of ~sid Southwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of said '
Section, Township and Range, then run 8ast 90 feet, thence run North i
at right angles to the Southwest boundary of the North Saint Lucie ;
• River Drainage District Canal right-of-wayg thence run Northwest ~
along said Canal right-of-way to a point 25 feet East of the West
line of said Section 8, thence run South parallel to Section line
to the point of beginning; excepting therefrom the right-of-way of
Orange Avenue Bxtension. ~
It is the intent that this easement granted herein be adjacent to ~
and parallel with the North right-of-way of Orange Avenue Extension ~
' as it now exists. ~

'r.t~ It is further understood and agreed by Grantors and Gra~itee herein that ;
there shall npt be any electric distribution lines attached to aforesaid ~
structure but may be instead placed in conduit underground within the above ~
described three (3) foot easement. ;

Together with the right to reconstruct, in~pect, alter, improve or remove 9
such transmission lines within the right-of-way above described, with all ~
rights and privileges necessary or convenient for the full enjoyment or ~
the use for the above ,~~ntioned purposes. ~ ~

The Grantors, however, reserve the right and privi~ege to use the above- f
' described.right-of-way for agricultural and all other purposes except as ;
herein granted or as might interfere with Grantee's use, occupation or
; enjoyment thereof, or as might cause a hazardous condition; and provided
i further by way of.ill~etration" and not of limitation to the grant herein
~ made, no portion of the right-of-way shall be excavated or altered without
~ written permission of the Grantee and no building, structure or obsCrucCion f
~ shall be located or constructed on said right-of-way by the Grantors, ~
~ their successors, heirs or assigns. ~
