DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial this date and the Court, having given
futl consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines: This Court
has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the
relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the
marriage between the parties shoulc~ be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJI~GED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF M~IRRIAGE. The marriage between JUANITA J. WOOD
SHNER, Wife and DAVID C. SHNER, Husband be and the same is hereby dissolved,
and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of
; matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising
; therefrom.

; 2. PROPERTY. The Stipulation Agreement admitted into evidence is

i hereby incorporated herein be reference and the parties are ordered to cumply

~ 3. RESTORATION OF NAI~. JUANITA J. WOOD SHNER, Wife be and she is
~ hereby authorized to assume her former name of JUANITA J. WOOD and to use

~ the same in all respects as if said marriage had not intervened.

~ 4. RESTRAINING ORDER. Each of the parties is hereby enjoined and

restrained from interfering with, harassing, or annoying the other.
