evidence finds and determines: This Court has jurisdicition of

the parties and, subject matter of this suit; that the relation of

husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the ~
marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should

be dissolved. It is thereupon

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: j

1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between ~
'i Ronald Warren Sweet and Patricia Louise Sweet be and the same is ~

;i hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby

~ forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing

~ i between them and from the obligations arising therefrom.

~ 2. CUSTODY. Custody of Mary Louise Sweet, age 22
~ ' months, minor child of the parties, is hereby awarded to Patricia ~

~ ~ Louise Sweet, with reasonable visitation rights reserved to ;

~ i~ Ronald Warren Sweet. ~

~ 3. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the
~ parties hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders
