This cause came on for trial this date and the Court, having given ~
full consid~ation to all the evidence, finds and determines: This Court
has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the ~
relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the ;
marriage between the parties should be dissolved. It is thereupon 3

ORDERED AND ADJtIDGED as follows: ~

l. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between IRENE GRIFFIN and
GEORGE RUFUS GRIFFIN,~be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties
and each of them are hereby forever freed frcm the bonds of matrimony here- ;

tofore existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom.
2. CUSTODY. Custody of JENNIFER GRIFFIN, age 7, LINDA GRIFFIN, age 9,
and GEORGE GRIFFIN, age 8, minor children of the parties, is hereby awarded '

to the Wife, IRENE GRIFFIN, with reasonable visitation rights reserved to '

! the Husband, GEORGE GRIFFIN.

~ 3. SUPPORT. Comnencing the day of May, 1975, the Husband,

! GEORGE GRIFFIN, shall pay to the Wife, IRENE GRIFFIN, the sum of $ ~ t
each and every week for the support of the children named above. Each ;

' p~yment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by him remitted promptly

to the Wife, IRENE GRIFFIN. In addition this i.s hereby assessed the sum of
$1.00 as statutory costs to be added to each payment made to the Clerk. All
3 payments shall be made in cash, money order of cashier's check. Both of ~

the parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court advised of their .
mailing and residence addresses at a.ll times while this Order is in effect.
