full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines : This Court 4

has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the rela- '
tion of husband and wife now exists between the parties ; and that the marriage

between the parries is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is €

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: - ~

1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between ~
SUSAN DRAWDY and PHILLIP DRAWDY be and the same is hereby dissolved, ~
and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds af
matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising
~
therefrom. -

2. CUSTODY. Custody of PHILLIP DAI~IIEL DRAWDY, minor ~

; child of the parties, is hereby awarded to SUSAN DRAWDY with reasonable
~
~ visitarion rights reserved to PHILLIP DRAWDY.

~ 3. SUPPORT and PROPERTY. The Property Settlement Agree- ~

p ment admitted into evidence is hereby incarporated herein by reference and

~ the parties are ordered to comply with the terms and provisions thereof.
