come dellnquent or go irtto default.
2. The Borrowen agree that they will not. without first ptoc:uring the eonsent in writing of the said Baalc here-
aker create or petmit any llen ar other encumbrance to exist on theirproperty. real orpe nonal. noM owned or here-
after acquired by them iacluding. but not llmited to, thepcoperty hereinafter described.
3. The Borrowen ag~ee that they shallnot have the privilege. nor wiU chey sell, aansfer. assign~ hypothecace, or
, in any matwer whatever~ dispose of the property. or any interest therein. owned by them~ including specifically. but
not limited to. the following real estate sltuate, to-wit: (Description of Property)
East 16 feet of Lot 2, all of Lot 3 and West 24 feet of Lot 4, Ruhlman
Subdivision, as per plat thereof on file in Plat Book 9, Page 55 of the
public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
