THIS CAUSE WAS HEARD upon the verified Petition For
Adoption filed in this cause by KIE THOMPSON McALISTER, JR., and
it appearing that the written consent of the natural father of
the minor to be adopted has been obtained, that the natural mother
of the child to be adopted has consented thereto, and that the
Division of Family Services has had notice of the intended adog~ion,
and it appearing to the Court that the Petitioner is a fit and proper
person to adopt the minor child sought to be adopted and that
the best interests of the child will be promoted by the adoption
and that the child is suitable for adoption by the Petitioner,
; KIE THOMPSON McALISTER, JR., and being otherwise fully advised in
' the premises, it is thereupon

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the minor child known as

j DONALD RAY MURRAY is declared-to be the legal child of the Petitioner,
