CLAIM OF LIEN
STATE OF FLORIDA
COUNTY OF ST. LUCIE
BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, personally appeared
FRANK H. FEE, III, who being first duly sworn by me says on oath
that he is attorney and agent in this behalf for the lienor
herein, EAST COAST LUMBER & SUPPLY CO., a Florida corporation,
P. O. Box ?90, Fort Pierce, Florida, and that in pursuance of
executed contracts with the following;
BJE Industries, Inc.
47i0 S.W. 83rd Terrace
Davie, Florida 33314
said lienor furnished the following:
Lumber, roof framing materials, nails, trim hardward,
. millwork and other miscellaneous building supplies
for the construction of improvements situate on the real property
described in Addendum "A", attached hereto and by this reference
incorporated herein, said real property being located in St. Lucie
County, Florida, and owned by General Development Corporation.
Said materials were of a total value of $7,006.92, of which there -
remains unpaid $7,006.92, and the lienor furnished the first of
same during the month of October, 1974, and the last of same on
December 16, 1974; and that the lienor has properly complied with
the provisions of Chapter 713, Florida Statutes.
This claim of lien is filed pursuant to the provisions
of F.S. §713.07(4~ and is filed within 30 days of service of
that certain affidavit of General Development Corporation indi-
cating its wish to recommence construction after abandonment
and is to preserve the pre-existing lien of the lienor following
the recommencement of construction.
