The Graatee by acceptance of the foregoing Warranty Deed and ex-
ecu~ion of this Acknowledgment and Ra.tification by Grantee, ack-
nowledges receipt of copies of the Declaration of Condominium
described above, including the provisions of all of its exhibits,
and that conveyance by such deed is subject thereto. The Grantee
does further hereby ratify, confirm and approve all of said provi-
sions (including the WINDMILL VILLAGS BY TAE SEA RSCREATION CENTER -
LTAST as filed for record in Official Records Book 189 oa pages
1829 through 1886 ia the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida, and the acts of the officers and Directors of WINDMI:.L
