Oil Corporation) by virtue of Final Judgment on lands then owned by N. J. Ross and
Donna Ross, his vife, dated March 21, 1960, and recorded in Circuit Court Minute Book
20, at Page 321, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and as amended by agree
= ment dated April 26, 1960 between the same parties and recorded in O.R. Book 257, at
I,Page 601, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida. It is understood and agreed
~that the pipeline outside of said new easement is being abandoned in place, filled ;
`(with water, capped at both ends, making same inert in all respects. This Q.C. Deed i ;
~being executed concurrently and in connection with a new easement, rec~rded in O.R. ~
• Book 227. at Page 1785, Public Records of St. Lucie Covnty, Florida.
