CLAIM OF LIEN
STATE OF FLORIDA
COUNTY OF ST. LUCIE
BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, personally appeared
FRED T. GALLAGHER, who, being duly sworn, says that he is the

attorney o£ the Lienor herein, James J. Smith, doing business as #
Dura-Stone Co., whose address is 826 22nd Avenue, Vero Beach,

Florida, and that pursuant to a contract with B.J.E. Industries, ;
Inc. furnished labor, services or materials consisting of Labor
and material for stucco and textured coating.
That said Lienor was served with an Affidavit made by
General Development Corporation, a Delaware corporation
authorized to do business in the State of Florida, said Affidavit
being made pursuant to Florida Statute 713.07(4), wherein Lienor
was listed in said Affidavit as not having been paid in full and
~ Lienor does by this notice hereby reassert his Claims of Lien
