herein "Nortgagor," whether singular or plural, in consideratio~ of conveyance '
of real property hereinafter described by VENTURE OUT IN AMERICA AT INDIAN
RIVER, INC. (forn~erly known as.HOLIDAY OUT IN AMERICA AT ST. LllCIE, INC.), herein
"Mortgagee," and to secure payment of the balance of the purchase price by Mort-
gagor obligated to be paid, as evidenced by promissory note fully identified
herein, hereby on this 30 day of A.D., 19 T5 ,
together with any and aTT~uture advances, e t er n money or supplies, ma-ae by
Mortgagee to the Mortgagor, conveys and mortgages to the said Mortgagee its
successors and assigns the real property in St. Lucie County, Florida, described
as follows:

a Condominium, according to t e claration of Condominium thereof, ~

Act of the Statutes of the State of Florida (Chapter 711, Florida -
Statutes 1965, et se said description in this conveyance includes,
but is not limit~, all appurtenances to the Condominium Parcel
described, including the limited conmon elements assigned thereto and
including the undivided interest in the common elements of said
Condominium, and, also, all other property, real or personal, situated
in St. Lucie County, Florida, now owned, as well as that which may be
hereaft~r acquired by the Mortgaqor.
