the owner and holder of a certain mortgage deed executed by '
Julius W Fielder and Stella M Fielder, his wife
to
Holiday Out in America at St. Lucie, Inc.
bearing date the 28 day of August , A.D. 19 72 , recorded in
Officical Records Book .206 , page1501 , in the office of the
Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, State of Florida, securing
certain note in the sum of ~6,399.00
Dollars, and certain promises and obligations set forth in said mortgage deed,
upon the property situate in said State and County described as follows, to-wit:
Condominium Parcel : Block N Lot 26 of Holiday Out at St. Lucie, a condominium,
according to teh Declaratian of Condominium, thereof, recorded in Official,
Records Book 168 Page 1348 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
As provided for by the Condominium act of the Statutes of the State of Florida
(Chapter 711, et.seq. 1965) said description in this conveyance includes, but
is not limited to all appurtenances to the condominium parcel above described,
including the limited comnon elements assigned hereto, and including the - 3
undivided interest in the common elements of said Condomi~ium. ~
