This cause came on for hearing May 1, ~975 upon Motioa for
Enforcement filed bq LINDA LEE EVANS againat TONY CRAWFORD EVANS at Which
time Respondent failed to appear.
It appearing from the evidence before the Court that TONY
CRAWFORD EVANS has villfully failed and refused to pay the child aupport -
as required by the Final Judgment of this Court entered on the 20th day
of February, 1975, and is, as of this date, in arrears $125.00 plus $9.50
; Court Casts, it is
s ORDERED AND ADJUDGED thst for such failure he stands in contempt

of this Court. If Respondent does not purge himself of his contempt he

` shall be required sfter notice to appear before the Court for sentencing.
