operated primarily for the benefit of V~~~ture Gut at Saint Lucie, Inc.,
~Ienture Out at Indian River, Inc. , and Venture Harbour, Inc.
Sewage Treatment Rates
Venture Cut in America., Inc. , and Venture Harbour, Inc.
shall negotiate and us~ their best efforts to agree upon reasonable
amounts to be paid by Venture Harbour, Inc. , to Venture Out in Americ ,
Inc. , or any associated corporation for the sewage treatment services
provided to Venture Harbour, Inc. , by Venture Gut in America, Inc.
a.nd/or by any associated carporation, sa.id amounts to be determined
substantia.lly in accordance with utility rates formulae applied by the
Florida Public Service Commission in determining rates which may be
charged by public utilities furnishing compa.rable services. Venture
~larbour, Inc. , hereby ac'~nowledges and agrees that it sh~.ll pa.y
Venture Gut in America, Inc. , or the aitity which provides sewage
treatment services.
If Venture Cut in America, Inc. , and Venture Harbour, Inc. , shal

; for sewage treatment services, Venture Cut in America, Inc. (or any

Service Commission, or any other appropriate regulatory authority, an
