HomeMy WebLinkAbout0485 t. ~ and the entity providing sewage treatment services to Venture Harbour, Inc, shall submit to such regulatory authority a rate schedule consistent with the aqreemer_t reached by Venture Cut in America., Inc. and Venture Harbour, Inc. , Venture Harbour, Inc. , shall advise sa.id requlatory authority that it concurs ~~ifih the reasonableness and appropriateness of said ra.te schedule. In the event that V enture Out in America., Inc, and Venture Harbour, Inc, are unable to aqree upon reasonable amounts--to be paid by Venture Ha rbour, Inc. , for sewage treatment services--then the determination of sa.id amounts shall be made by the Florida Public Servic Commission, However, in no event shall tr.e rate of such services exce the rate paid per lot by Venture Cut at Saint L~scie, Inc., Venture Cut at Indian River, 'nc. , and Holiday Cut. B. Buyer shall receive the following services: water, ~ garbaqe and trash pick-up, la.wn maintenance and street maintenance. While Venture Cut in America., Inc. , is performing the aforementioned services ~ as manager, the buyer sha.ll be charged a fee ~nr said services ~ f j equivalent, but in proportion to those fees charged to each travel trailer E ~ E lot in Venture Gut at Indian River and Venture Cut at Saint Lucie. : i : C.
