Such approval is not to be withheld . unreasonably. The -present 27 grospective Land Cwners and mobile homeowners, as the date of this agreement now have such approval. 2. Venture Harb~ur, Inc, shall ha.ve equal rights with Venture Cut at Sa.int Lucie, Inc., Venture Cut at Indian River, Inc., to manage any cammon properties that shall be sold, conveyed or trans- ~ ferred to either Venture Gut at Saint Lucie, Inc. , or Venture Gut at f Indian River, Inc. , and shall have one-third representation on any ! € management cammittee or board. ~ ~ 3.
