RESOLVED, That the G~Ylairman of the Board, the President,
any Executive Vice President, any Senior Vice President, or any
Vice President, of this corporation, be and each of them is
hereby respectively authorized and directed, from time to time, to
execute in the name and behalf of this corporation and, when-
required or-necessary, under its corporate seal, duly attested by
the Secretary or an Assistant Secretary, all such deeds, assign-
ments and conveyances of real or personal property and all such
contracts, mortqaqes, agreements, guarantees, bonds, affidavits
and other instruments as may be incident to and necessary or -
advisable in the sole discretion of the officer executing said
instruments, in the operation of this corporation's business, and
likewise to execute in the name of this corporation and under its
corporate seal all such bonds and assurances as may be required
for the due and faithful performance of each and every such con-
' tract, agreement or other instrument entered into in the name of
the corporation. Tris authority shall continue until revoked and
sh all have the same force and effect as though special authority
were granted to tlie officers of this corporation to execute each `
such deed, assignment, contract, mortgage, agreement, guarantee,
