O R D E R~
THIS MATTER HAVING COME before the Court upon the Wife's
Petition For Temporary Relief and the Court havinq heard the stipula-
tion of the partie$ as made in open Court and acknowledqed by the
parties, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. CUSTODY. Custody of the minor children of the parties
is hereby temporarily awarded to the Wife, with reasonable visitation
rights reserved to the Husband. ,

2. SUPPORT. Commencing the 5th day of May, 1975, the ~
Husband shall pay to the Wife the sum of $30.00 each and every week
for the support of the minor children of the parties. Each payment
shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by hiun remitted promptZy
to GLORIA PATTERSON. In addition there is hereby assessed the sum
of $1.00 as statutory costs to be added to each payment made

~ to the Clerk. All payments shall be made in cash, money order or ?

a cashier's cF~ieck. Both of the parties are ordered to keep the Clerk ~
~ of this Court advised of their mailing and residence addresses at all

~ times while this Order is in effect.
